Once a client recieves a confirmation of sale from Empire Entertainment and Travel, we guarantee the authenticity and your receipt of all vouchers you requested in time for the event.
If for any reason the client does not receive the voucher(s) as identified in the confirmation email, Empire Entertainment and Travel will immediately substitute a comparable or better ticket for the same market demand price or refund your money.
