Policy & Terms of Use

Billing: All Sales are Final. Your card will be billed as Empire Tickets. This is the official site of OktoberfestTickets.com.

For your protection and ours, we have established the following General Terms and Conditions of Use for this Site (“Terms and Conditions”). All content and services on this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Simply, by using this site in any way you are agreeing to comply with our terms.

Terms and Conditions: All Sales are Final. There are no cancellations. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Your card will be billed as Empire Tickets. OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. are acting solely as agents. OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. are responsible for making the arrangements for accommodations, services, and event tickets that constitute the travel package, except to the extent that those accommodations, services, or event tickets cannot be supplied or become no longer available for reasons beyond OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc.’s control.

OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission, or negligence of any direct motor coach company, hotel, or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package. OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, government action, weather, or act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond Empire Ticket’s control.

Cancellations and Refunds: All sales are Final. There are no cancellations or refunds. Transfers may be accepted in an emergency situation and may require a fee.

Payment Methods: OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

*All prices are in U.S. dollars.*

Tickets: OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. will make every effort to fill your ticket order as soon as possible. However, because each event holder has varying ticket release policies, OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. reserve the right to fill your order up to 24 hours before the event. OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. reserves the right to upgrade seating at no additional cost to the client. In the rare instance of a downgrade, the client will be notified prior to seats being downgraded.

If for any reason the client does not receive the ticket(s) as identified in the confirmation, Empire will immediately substitute a comparable or better ticket(s) for the same market demand price, or refund the client’s money.

Note: For events taking place outside the continental United States, a 100% refund will be issued for undelivered tickets.

Special Terms for Oktoberfest Tent Reservations: We offer reservations in all large Oktoberfest tents based on availability.

Reservation vouchers will either be shipped to you or you will meet a representative in Munich (meet & greet).

Meet & Greet Information: Some tent reservation vouchers can only be delivered via meet & greet. We will need your travel information including; arrival dates, cell phone number, and hotel address in Germany so that we can get in touch to organize your meet & greet appointment.

Shipping Information: If you have ordered reservations ahead of time (before the reservation date) and we have the vouchers in hand, we will be able to ship via UPS within the US. If you have already left for Germany we can also arrange a shipment via UPS International to your hotel address there.

OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. cannot guarantee your reserved seats if you show up later than the indicated reservation time. The tents do not honor any reservations where the customers do not take their seats on time! No Exceptions. Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. will not be responsible for clients that are late or no-shows. All sales are Final, No Refunds or Exchanges.

OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. reserve the right to move you to a different tent on short notice to accommodate your party.

Documentation and Personal Identification: It is the responsibility of each individual traveler to obtain the documentation required for their trip such as passports, visas, birth certificates, and photo identification. Travelers are required to show a passport for entry. Those denied at any border will not be entitled to any refund.

Accommodations: Please be aware that hotel accommodations within other countries have their own standards which are not always on par with the standards of hotels within the United States. In Europe, rooms often tend to be smaller and a double/queen sized bed may be two twin beds pushed together. This situation regarding hotel standards may be beyond the control of OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. but we will do our best to provide accurate information.

Traveler agrees to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of the hotel charges. In most cases, the hotel will require a credit card to be placed on file at check-in. This will be used to cover incidental charges which can include food, beverages, telephone use, internet use, parking fees, and any other hotel charges. OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. reserve the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable accommodations at either our own or the hotel’s discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability. Names of travelers staying in the Hotel must be provided to OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. thirty days prior to travel. Late names or name changes which occur within 30 days of travel will be charges a $75.00/ room fee. Late names, or name changes, that occur inside 14 days of travel will be charged a $100.00/ room fee.

Tour Package Purchase Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing tour packages, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the below terms and conditions. Tour packages are not exchangeable, nor are they refundable.

Definitions

OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC., LLC are a tour operator and sports consultant. OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC. offers tours to international sports and cultural events. By purchasing anything from OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc., you concede all liabilities towards EMPIRE. By purchasing any package from EMPIRE, you fully accept that you authorize your signature on the credit card charge slip. You acknowledge your understanding that under the terms of this order all event tickets, tour features, tax and services charges are non-refundable/non-transferable. Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. Tours specializes in hard to get tickets to sold out events. Through many sources we can get a wide variety of tickets. Due to the effort & cost involved seats and/or tickets are sold above face value. The purchase price includes a substantial service charge which reflects the difficulty in obtaining premium seats for our clients.

Cancellations

2.1 Upon purchase, you acknowledge and accept that any payment made to OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.is non-refundable unless previously agreed upon in writing by Empire. You accept that all money paid to the OktoberfestTickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. will be forfeited, and that you will not make claims to payment already submitted in the event of your cancellation. Under no circumstances will refunds and/or cancellations will be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, & NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

2.2 If a booked event is cancelled because of disaster, terrorism, etc. this Agreement shall automatically terminate and neither party shall have any liability to the other. You (the purchaser) will be refunded your payments minus administrative and handling expenses, which shall not exceed 25% of the total fee of the tour package.

Risks

3.1 You are responsible for your own property, and you will not hold OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC. responsible for any losses or damages.

3.2 To the extent permitted by the law, you release OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC .(including their directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation to your participation in the TOUR. You accept responsibility for your own actions.

3.3 You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of any children accompanying you. You understand that foreign countries may be unfamiliar to you, so we encourage you to be careful at all times.

3.4 You agree to compensate OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.for any damage, loss, liability or injury OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.or anyone else may suffer as a result of your willful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at a venue.

General

4.1 OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.may choose not to enforce some of abovementioned terms in some cases. That does not mean that OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.is prevented from enforcing some or all of them as it sees fit.

4.2 OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.is not affiliated with any official box office that would be considered an official sponsor. OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.is one of the world’s most trusted independent agencies specializing in global cultural and sports events.

4.3 If any of the remaining terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms will survive.

4.4 You agree that you that by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and you recognize that by purchasing one of our tours you are signing a binding contract.

4.5 OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC. will provide you with a full service tour, that includes, but is not limited to, accommodation, sights, excursions, some meals/drinks, etc. Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc.Tours will not provide meals or any other extras that are not explicitly included in their promotion of each event.

4.6 By purchasing and participating in this TOUR, you are hereby giving OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC. the right to use your photos/likeliness in the promotion and advertising of future TOUR packages. OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.must request the specific right to use your name.

Protection of Personal Data

OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.binds itself to keep all personal data of applicants confidential. Applicants’ personal details will be processed only by OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC.and our participating bank(s).

Your contact information is thus used to contact you when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you on our site. Financial information that is collected is used to check your credit worthiness and bill you for products and services. When you make a purchase on the Site, your consent is given to provide your financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies and the companies that handle deliveries on behalf of OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM.

Reservations, Deposits & Final Payments

Full payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation by Empire: Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any package or extension in this program, in which case all monies received by Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc.from program participants shall be refunded in full within 30 days. Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc.’ liability is limited to refunds of payments received.

Prices: Tour package prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a double room. A limited number of single rooms might be available upon payment of a single room charge (approximately 50% extra surcharge). Triple and Quad rates available upon request and are always subject to availability. All rates are in U.S. dollars and are not guaranteed until booked. All Clients accept that prices on packages as well as tickets/hotels are marked up and may be more than face value, and are subject to change until booked.

Insurance: Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents and/or illness. For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase insurance to cover these possibilities. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing insurance.

Passports: A valid passport is required for all travelers. It should be valid six months after the return to the U.S. It is your responsibility to have proper documents before entering the European Union.

Program Participation: Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a program participant and to expel anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Disabled Program Participants: Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc.at the time of booking. Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the needs of disabled participants, but is not responsible for denial of service by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other suppliers. Motorcoaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot give individual assistance for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other needs. A qualified companion must accompany program participants needing assistance.

Tour Packages Include

Accommodations: Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc.reserve the right to substitute accommodations of similar quality for any program in this promotion.

Hotel: Standard category unless otherwise noted.

Meals: Breakfast daily, except where otherwise noted.

Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. Tour Programs Do Not Include:

Meals other than those listed, items of a personal nature including drinks and other incidental charges, accident and baggage insurance and any item not specifically listed as included. Packages do not include airfare nor do they all include TICKETS (unless noted in your package).

Responsibility: Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc., LLC acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation, or other services. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc., LLC are issued subject to any and all taxes, terms, and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any other services are provided.

By the acceptance of tour membership and/or such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that neither Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc., LLC nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of, or changes in, itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc., LLC, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas, or other documents, and that neither Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc., LLC, nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred, by the tour member as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc. are not responsible or liable for defaults of those not directly under the control of Oktoberfesttickets.com and Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc.

Acceptance of This Policy: By using the Site and/or purchasing one of our packages, you hereby consent to the terms of this OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC. Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following a notice of change to the OKTOBERFESTTICKETS.COM AND EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT & TRAVEL, INC. Privacy Policy will mean you accept the change.

Our company offers tickets for a broad spectrum of events. We are not affiliated nor licensed by the Oktoberfest Festival, the Oktoberfest tent operators, or any box office or venue.

Empire Tickets has consistently delivered the highest consistancy of service to its clients since its inception. Once a client receives a confirmation of sale from Empire, we guarantee the authenticity of tent reservation vouchers and that you’ll receive the tent reservation vouchers in time for the event.

Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used within our web sites are for descriptive purposes only. We do not act on the authority or official permission of any of the above entities. We are able to provide availability of tickets or event access through our various contacts and sources. Our prices are often higher than the face value of the tickets and reflect the effort and costs of obtaining and reselling the tickets.
